How Many Complimentary Subscribers Do I Have?


To find the number of active complimentary subscribers in Interlink Circulation for Windows:   Use the Show Filter and set to Active Complimentary.  The number of complimentary subscribers will be listed in the bottom right-hand corner in parenthesis.

 

 

 

To Print a report to show the numbers:

  1. Click the Print Reports button.
  2. Select the List Analysis category.
  3. Select the Totals / Cross Tabs report.
  4. Click the Print button.
  5. Specify NP Pay Type for the Row
  6. Specify NP Status for the Column
  7. Disregard the Date Definition


This report provides a breakdown of how many active, inactive, or expired complimentary subscriptions are in your list.
